Facial Rejuvenation
Throughout a person’s lifetime there are many things that help contribute to increased lines on the face, jowling, and cheek and neck laxity. They include: age, stress, smoking, sun damage, and gravity.
A facelift can be done to help restore a more youthful contour. This is achieved by an incision which goes around the ear and sometimes into the hairline. The sagging skin of the cheek and neck is elevated, the underlying muscle tightened, and the skin is then trimmed to fit the new contour. This allows the patient to have a diminished appearance of wrinkles, jowls, and less hanging neck. Remember that the goal of a facelift is to rejuvenate, not remake the face.

Eyelid Surgery (Blepharoplasty)
Excess upper eyelid skin and puffy bags under your eyes make you look old and tired, and might even cause vision problems. Removal of the excess skin and fat pads will cause a much more youthful appearance and remove that tired “I need a nap” look.

Forehead Lift
A brow lift corrects sagging forehead skin and frown lines sometimes known as “elevens” between the eyebrows. Chin Implant
A chin implant or augmentation is done to balance the chin with the rest of the face. By placing a chin implant, you can strengthen the appearance of a receding or weak chin.
For this procedure an incision is made under the chin or inside the mouth. A sizer is placed first to determine what size implant best enhances the proportion of the patient’s face. The sizer is then removed and the appropriate implant placed.

Ear Surgery (Otoplasty)
Overly large ears or protruding ears can be a source for teasing in your child’s life. This feeling of self-consciousness can carry over into adult life. By surgically reshaping ears, this condition can be greatly improved. Normally ears are developed by age 4-6, so doing this surgery prior to children starting school may eliminate teasing from classmates.
